How it started
It started as a difference of opinion.
Our owner spent years working for another pest control company in Calgary. He kept running into the same thing: jobs done to the minimum, customers left to wonder whether the problem was actually solved, and nobody going back to check.
He thought it could be done a lot better for Calgary customers. So in 2013 he started Pro-Pest Solutions to do it that way: find the cause, treat it properly, and come back until it holds.
Today the same standard covers everything from a single mouse in a garage to bird netting across a condo tower, with a fleet on the road across Calgary every day.
How we work
“Pest control is two ways. We do our part, and you do yours — keep the areas clean, follow the instructions. It’s a hand-in-hand kind of thing.”
It is the most honest thing anyone in this trade will tell you. Treatment does the heavy lifting, but the result depends on both sides. We will always tell you exactly what your part is.
