Bed Bug Treatment
Bed bugs don't care how clean your home is. They travel on luggage, furniture and clothing, and by the time most people notice them the population has usually spread beyond the one bedroom. There is no judgment here — just detection, treatment, and follow-up until they're gone.

How we handle it
- 01
Identification & detection
A full inspection of sleeping areas, upholstered furniture and adjoining rooms to confirm the species and map how far it has travelled. Getting the extent right at this stage is what stops a second round being needed.
- 02
Preparation
We tell you exactly what to do before treatment — laundering, bagging, decluttering, access to the bed frame and baseboards. Preparation is a genuine factor in whether treatment holds, and we would rather be specific than vague.
- 03
Chemical & biological treatments
Licensed application across the harbourage areas, chosen for the property and the level of infestation. Multi-unit buildings are treated with the neighbouring units in mind, because bed bugs move through shared walls.
- 04
Follow-up monitoring
Bed bugs need verification, not assumption. We return to confirm the treatment worked, and we keep going until it has. And our results are guaranteed.

What you might notice

- 03Shed skins or pale eggs along seams, headboards and baseboards

- 05A sweet, musty odour in heavily affected rooms

Common questions
Bed Bug Treatment — straight answers
Does having bed bugs mean my home is dirty?
No, and this is the single most common thing people worry about when they call. Bed bugs feed on blood, not crumbs. They arrive on luggage after travel, on second-hand furniture, or through shared walls in an apartment building. Spotless homes get them just as often.
How long does treatment take to work?
You should expect a follow-up rather than a single visit. The first treatment addresses the active population; the follow-up confirms that eggs which hatched afterwards have been dealt with. We will tell you the expected schedule for your situation before we start.
Do I have to throw out my mattress?
Usually not. Most mattresses can be treated and kept, sometimes with an encasement afterwards. We would rather treat furniture than have you replace it, and dragging an infested mattress through the building can spread the problem on the way out.
I rent — who is responsible for the treatment?
That depends on your lease and your building. What we can do is inspect, confirm what you are dealing with, and give you a clear written picture you can take to your landlord or property manager. We work with a lot of Calgary property managers directly.
