Bait Station Replenishment
A bait station only does anything if somebody opens it on a schedule. Left unserviced they run empty, take on damp, fill with debris or drift out of position, and the property ends up with the appearance of a rodent programme instead of an actual one. We service stations on a set schedule, clean and replenish them, and leave a record of what each one showed.

How we handle it
- 01
Station audit and mapping
We inventory what is on site, check condition and placement, number the stations and produce a map. Stations in the wrong place are a common finding — set out along a wall at even spacing rather than at the points rodents actually travel.
- 02
Scheduled servicing
Each visit the stations are opened, inspected, cleaned out and replenished, and consumption is recorded station by station. Everything used is registered with Health Canada and placed by an Alberta-licensed technician.
- 03
Documentation
You get a per-visit record, the current station map and the product information for your file — the material an auditor, health inspector or property manager expects to see, ready rather than assembled after the request.
- 04
Adjustment over the season
Pressure moves. Autumn cold, construction next door, new landscaping or a change in waste handling all shift where rodents travel, so stations get added, relocated or retired rather than left where they were first installed.

Common questions
Bait Station Replenishment — straight answers
How often should stations be serviced?
It depends on the site and the pressure. Food premises and audited facilities need a tighter interval than a quiet residential property or a low-traffic warehouse. We set an interval that matches the site, hold to it, and tell you if the activity we are recording says it should be tightened.
We already have stations from another company — will you take them over?
Yes, and that is a common way this starts. We audit what is there, tell you which stations are sound and correctly placed and which are not worth keeping, and bring the whole set onto one schedule and one map. You end up with a documented programme rather than a collection of boxes.
Are the stations secure with pets and children around?
Stations are tamper-resistant, locked and anchored, and placed tight against structures and out of reach. Products inside are registered with Health Canada and placed by an Alberta-licensed technician. On residential and school-adjacent sites we walk the placements with you so nothing is a surprise.
What happens if something non-target is found in a station?
It gets recorded, you get told, and we review the placement rather than putting the station back exactly as it was. That record is part of the file, and it is one of the reasons servicing needs to be documented properly instead of ticked off.
