“Absolutely AMAZING company!! I actually waited a couple of weeks before posting this review because I wanted to be able to speak confidently about Pro-Pest Solutions work. A little backstory.......for the past 1.5 years we have been absolutely "tortured" by a Northern Flicker who was destroying the outside of our home by drilling holes everywhere. Nothing we tried was working and, in fact, the more we tried the worse the problem became. I swear the bird was taunting us! Northern Flickers are a protected species so we couldn’t resort to any means that would harm them. I was at my wits end! I googled companies that specialize in dealing with these kinds of birds and Pro-Pest Solutions came up. I called and was immediately put at ease with their knowledge and understanding of the issue. I set up an appointment, and two gentlemen came out to assess the damage and offer a solution. They were very thorough with their assessment AND with explaining in detail what they could do. They advised they would send us a quote, which they did almost immediately. Price quoted was extremely fair and doable. A few days later, a tech came to our home and did exactly what they said they would do. He was SOOOO efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to ensuring the work was done properly. “I contracted Pro-Pest to clean a storage shed of mouse droppings and contaminated contents. Zackariya arrived within the scheduled time frame and started his process while waiting for the waste bin to arrive. Over the next two hours he was able to clean and clear the shed of all contents as requested . The work area was tight and awkward to access but Zackariya was able complete the task without complaint. “Contacted Pro-Pest to handle a pigeon nesting problem under our solar panels. The quote Adam provided was reasonable for the scope of work and was prompt in scheduling the work. Sharjeel was very professional in his work and got the job done in a timely manner. He removed two nests and installed the mesh around the panels to prevent further problems.My only critique is that a thorough check for debris and materials was not done after the installation, as I found metal clippings and cardboard from the mesh install and bird feces from the clean out on the lower sub roofs and lawn.I would definitely recommend them to handle all your pest problems.”
